How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping typically takes 3-4 days for in stock products. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, any potential shipping delays and for products out of stock or on pre-order. Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.
How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link in the email, and it will direct you to the courier's website, where you can monitor the real-time status and location of your package.
What is your return policy? Can I cancel?
All Sales are Final! Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Maifir and to the buyer. Since our products are made to order, we do not allow returns.
Can I cancel my order after I already paid?
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it enters our system for quick fulfillment. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot guarantee cancellations. However, if you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.
