Please note the following:

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review and make it right.
• Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
